AVID Fundraiser:

The 1st annual Churchill Coed Sand Volleyball Tournament and BBQ will be held Saturday, May 31st from 11:30am to 2:00pm at the CHS sand volleyball courts. Registration begins this today at lunch and will continue through Friday, May 30th. Grab your closest 5 or 6 friends and stop by the registration table at the planters during lunch to sign up. Prizes will be awarded for 1st and 2nd place, as well as to the team who displays the most school spirit! Proceeds will go to the AVID program. Please see Ian Ogden in the counseling hall for more information.

WISE:

It’s getting hot out! Time to come to the WISE ice cream sale today at lunch by the benches. $1.00 a scoop, 50 cents for toppings.

LCC Placement Test Redo:

Lane Community College math placement redo will be Wednesday, June 4th at 7:45am in the Red Computer Lab. Please sign up in the College and Career Readiness Center. Go to the CHS home page and click on More under the Students column and check out the link for Math placement prep worksheets.

Senior All-Night Party:

Tickets to the “all-night-after-graduation-party” are on sale in the student lounge during lunch. Cost is $35.00 which includes a free t-shirt, all your food and drinks, activities, with the chance to win it back at the casino tables.

Lane Community College math placement redo will be Wednesday, June 4th at 7:45am in the Red Computer Lab. Please sign up in the College and Career Readiness Center. Go to the CHS home page and click on More under the Students column and check out the link for Math placement prep worksheets.

School-to-Career:

Summer job opportunity with local company. Must have a valid Oregon drivers license, dress appropriately, strength a plus. Work 8:00am to Noon and some weekend work. Bring your resume to Mary Beth in the STEM Building office. For more summer job opportunities check the Job Notebook located on the table outside Mary Beth’s office.
