4J Parent Survey

http://www.4j.lane.edu/2015/05/parent-school-survey-2015/

Survey invites parents’ input

How well does our school communicate, engage and partner with you as parents? We would like to hear from you about your experiences and preferences, to help us improve in the future.

A parent and family engagement survey is available online at bit.ly/4Jparentsurvey2015english. If you would prefer to complete the survey on paper, you can pick up a copy in the school office.

Please take a few minutes between now and May 28 to complete the survey. Your feedback will be used to inform our efforts to continually improve our district, our schools and our partnership with parents to help students succeed.
