Bus Passes:

Bus Passes for January will be on sale after school today, at lunch and after school tomorrow and Friday.

Latino Family Night:

Just a reminder that Latino Family Night is tomorrow night at 6:00pm.

West End:

West End meeting at lunch today in the auditorium. Required for all “Little Shop” cast.

College and Career Center:

The College and Career Center question of the week:

What is the first date the FAFSA can be turned in? Please put your name and answer on a piece of paper and turn into the College and Career Center answer jar, be the end of day today. Winner will be announced Friday. The prize is a Dutch Brother gift card.

Family of United Souls for Peace and Love:

Everyone is invited to join Family of United Souls for Peace and Love during our weekly potluck lunch meeting in room J9 today. Everyone is welcome to eat whether or not you bring food.


Senior quotes are due to Mrs. “K” in room B1 by January 8th. Advice is due the same day. Get your quote and advice in soon. See Mrs. “K” if you have questions.

All Students! If you want your name shortened in the yearbook, come see Mrs. “K” in room B1. Write it down and get it in ASAP!


Seniors, if you are applying for the 4JACT Sponsorship to Lane Community College, please ask your CTE teacher for a recommendation before you leave for winter break. If you don’t know who your CTE teacher is, please see Mary Beth in the School-to-Careers office.

College and Career Center:

Seniors, it’s almost time to fill out your financial aid application to apply for federal and state money for college. Some scholarships need the application tool. You can send the application in starting January 1st. That’s coming soon. Be prepared. See the Churchill High School website or talk to your counselor for more information.


Leadership is selling candy canes all week long, by the planters. They are a dollar and have a happy holiday tag on them. This is a fundraiser for a winter dance. Do not eat in classrooms unless you ask your teacher.
