Lancer Pageant

Come to the Wild Duck Cafe tomorrow to get some great food and support the Lancer Pageant. You must have a flyer, you can get one there or from any posters located around the school.

Leadership

Congratulations to Jonah Misner for winning our basketball bracket contest for guessing the championship correctly. 2nd place winner was Nick Wells, while our 3rd place winner was Logan Rose. Jonah will receive his prize tomorrow at lunch in the cafeteria.

OPU College Fair

Come to the Oregon Public Universities and College Fair on Wednesday at 6:30pm. You will have the opportunity to talk to representatives from all 8 public universities and Lane Community College. Juniors, this is a great way to start planning for next year. Everyone is welcome to attend.

Sophomores, if you are interested in a week long camp this summer that will teach you leadership skills and help build relationships, come to the College and Career Center for more information on the Rotary Youth Exchange Leadership Academy. There is no cost for the camp.

Come to the Oregon Public Universities and College Fair on March 16th at 6:30pm. You will have the opportunity to talk to representatives from all 8 public universities and Lane Community College. Juniors, this is a great way to start planning for next year. Everyone is welcome to attend.

Applications to volunteer at Kennedy Middle School are now available. If you have a free period next trimester, it’s a great way to get your community service hours completed. Pick up an application outside the School­to­Career office in the STEM building.

Great job to our band. 3 CHS band members did a great job at District Solos and Ensemble. Victoria finished 2nd in Alto Sax, Isabel Huey finished 2nd in OBOE and Autum Griffin finished 1st in Flute. Victoria and Isabel also qualified as 1st Alternative to state.

Girls Lacrosse:

Today after school, out in front of the school, girls lacrosse is selling Krispy Kreme donuts! For $1.00 a piece $12.00 a dozen! Come support your girls team.
