Bus Passes:

May bus passes are here. See Ken in the finance office.


Today, in room F­49 at lunch, GSA is having a guest speaker! Seda who is a trans woman is going to talk about her coming out experience! Anyone is welcome to come.


If you would like to bring a guest to prom, you must have a guest pass filled out and signed by an administrator. Pick up and turn into the front office.


Juniors and Seniors­ Vote for Prom Court at the planters during lunch. Voting begins today and ends on Wednesday, May 4th. Come and let your voice be heard.

Twin Oaks Outdoor School:

The meeting for Twin Oaks Outdoor School has been cancelled today. Listen for updated meeting time.

Drivers Ed:

Summer Driver’s Ed Classes are fast approaching. Registration will begin May 16th. Tuition is $275.00. Students must have a learners permit. Flyers can be found in the front office.


The Asian American Youth Leadership Conference will be held on Friday, May 13 at Concordia University in Portland. If you are interested in this great opportunity, please come to H23 Japanese Classroom for the application form. Application needs to be turned in by today.


Prom tickets go on sale today, at the planters during lunch. Prices are $30.00 with ASB and $35.00 without. The prom is May 7th from 8:00 to 11:00pm.

College and Career:

Community Service Opportunity ­ Generosity Feeds needs volunteers on May 14th, 10:00am ­ 12:00 to help package meals for those in need. Come to the college and career center for more information.

Juniors, get a jump on your senior year. Come to How to Prepare for Senior Year information night, tonight at 6:30 in the auditorium. Very important information will be given to you. You don’t want to miss it. Parents are encouraged to attend.

There will be a Lane Community College information session tomorrow, at 1:00 in F 39 for all seniors going to LCC or thinking about going to LCC in the fall. This is an important meeting you don’t want to miss but please, get permission from your 4th period teacher first.

An admissions representative from the Art Institute of Portland will be here on Wednesday, at lunch in the College & Career Center. All grades are invited to attend.


The Oregon Primary is May 17th, if you are 17 years old or older, register to vote at the planters by April 26th.
