Happy Flag Day:

In 1916, President Woodrow Wilson issued a proclamation that officially established June 14 as Flag Day; in August 1949, National Flag Day was established by an Act of Congress. It commemorates the adoption of the flag of the United States , which happened on June 14th in 1777 by resolution of the Second Continental Congress.

Advanced Placement:

Students who are planning to take an AP (Advanced Placement) course next year should check with the class teacher to see if there are any reading, research, or writing assignments to be done over the summer. Several AP courses have this requirement, so please be sure to check in the next two days!

PE Lockers:

All PE lockers must be cleaned out by tomorrow. Anything left will be donated to Mike’s Closet.

Engineering Capstone:

Juniors, are you interested in doing an Engineering Capstone next year? Please come to an informational meeting today during lunch in STEAM Rm 118 or see Marty Wilder.

Leadership:

Students do you want to have a voice in your school? Have the opportunity to offer new activities and events, change the spirit and culture here, then join leadership for next year. As of now we have no senior class officers, and one ASB officer. Officers are your voices.

Grade Changes

Any student needing to change an Incomplete or grade from terms 1 or 2 MUST submit the signed change form before Friday , the last day of school. After this date, ALL Incompletes will be changed to a “No Pass.” Check online for all your classes and grades from this year. If any need to be changed, see your counselor as soon as possible for a grade change form.
