Senior Grad Party

Come to the courtyard during lunch starting tomorrow to purchase your senior grad party tickets. $35 regular or $20 for reduced lunch price.


Leadership is assisting A Family for Every Child organization that provides assistance to foster children and foster families. They are hosting an event called “Princess for a Day”. Donations of dresses, dress up shoes, wings, wands, etc. would be greatly appreciated. Donation boxes will be in the front office and B17.

Beauty Club

The Beauty Club meets after school tomorrow in STEM 105.

Downing Street Singers

A huge congratulations to our Downing Street Singers for their 2nd place finish last Thursday at the 35th annual Clackamas Jazz Festival. This is Churchill’s first time placing in the top three at this festival. Way to go!

Bus Passes

April bus passes are available in the finance office with Ken.

Lancer Pageant

Come enjoy some amazing food all day tomorrow at the Wild Duck Cafe. You must bring a flyer to this event. Flyers are on the posters around school or in the front office.

Safety Town

Volunteer applications for Teen Safety Town summer camp are available in the College & Career Center on the Community Service wall. SAFETY TOWN is a two-week child accident prevention program for children entering kindergarten in the fall.  This program is sponsored by the Eugene Police Department. Teen volunteers act as camp counselors for the preschool campers.

Attention Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors

If you participated in the Student Spaceflight Experiment Program last year, please check your email and come to the Splashdown Awards on Wednesday at 8:40 in the auditorium and receive your national certificate of achievement and your very own Spaceflight Experiment Patch.

Lane Community College Hands on Career Day Field Trip

All students are invited to register for the Lane Community College Hands on Career Day field trip. Please see Mary Beth in the Career Center today to choose your workshops. Flyers and workshop lists are posted around the school.


If you are interesting in playing Football for the Lancers next fall, there is a meeting in Coach Robinson’s room at lunchtime on Wednesday. This is important meeting for information on the summer football schedule, spring football, and many other topics. Plan on being there if you are thinking about playing football in the fall. If you have questions, talk to Coach Robinson.


Monday: Boys Varsity Golf at Shadow Hills, 12:45 start – dismiss at 11:10 am; Girls Golf tournament at 1:30 pm  at Shadow Hills – release 12:30

Tuesday:  Varsity/JV Baseball at Thurston:  5pm:  Release at 230pm; Softball at Thurston: 5pm:  Release at 230pm

Wednesday:  Softball Released TBA for Spring Break Trip; Track at Willamette:  Release at 1:40pm

Thursday:  Varsity Baseball vs. Thurston:  2/4pm: Release at Noon; JV Baseball at Thurston: 2/4pm:  Release at Noon; Girls Tennis vs. South Eugene at 4pm: Release at 3pm; JV Boys Golf at Oakway, 1 pm start – dismiss at 11:30 am

Saturday:  JV Baseball at Oakridge for DH: Noon and 2pm
