The Graduation Checklist

The Graduation Checklist is updated every Friday and posted on the graduation website at and in the front office, or click HERE. The “Number of Credits” column will be updated as counselors confirm graduation eligibility for all seniors and early graduates. Some students may not see a change in this column until after midterm grades are complete.

How to Use the Checklist

To protect student privacy, the checklist is published with student numbers, rather than names. You can find your student number on your most recent report card. In ParentVUE or StudentVUE, go to the Report Card tab and click the link that says “Click here to view report card […].”

A check mark means that your requirements for that column are complete. Incomplete requirements will have a note indicating who can help you finalize that requirement.

Pre-Ordered Graduation Announcements

We still have a few boxes of graduation announcements waiting to be picked up. If you ordered announcements or memorabilia from Miners Graduate Services and have not picked them up, please visit Jill or Robin in the front office.

Seating and Walking Partner Sign Up Begins Next Week!

  • Seating and Walking Partner Slips will be available in my office during student lunch only.
  • All graduating students who are interested in participating in the graduation ceremony must sign up for seating.
  • You are not required to have a walking partner.
  • You must be cleared to graduate; walking partners must both be cleared to graduate.
  • Submitted slips will be drawn and seating will be assigned at random. Exceptions: Performers and their walking partners will be seated in the front row or where they can easily access the front of the stage. Special accommodations will be made where appropriate.

Ticket Distribution Begins Next Week!

  • You must be cleared to graduate. Make sure you are cleared on the checklist before picking up your tickets.
  • Tickets are free.
  • Distribution is in my office during student lunch only. (Call or email me if you cannot come during student lunch.)
  • Six tickets will be reserved for each graduating student. Two in the orchestra section, and the remaining four in the orchestra or mezzanine as available. Students may request additional tickets until they are sold out, but students requesting more than 14 total tickets must bring a note from a parent.
  • The Hult Center requires a ticket for every person who enters the concert hall, including infants.
  • Any tickets remaining in the pool of reserved tickets will be released for distribution at graduation rehearsal, and in the Hult Center lobby half an hour before the ceremony begins.
