Sophomore, Junior and Senior Registration, September
6
Sophomore, Junior and Senior students are to report
at the following times to register for school on Wednesday, September
6th (No bus transportation will be provided and no lunch will
be available):
Seniors 8:00 - 8:45am
Juniors 8:45 - 9:45am
Sophomores 9:45 - 10:45am
During their assigned time, students will pay all
fees and fines and complete the necessary requirements for registration.
Included in this newsletter are the costs and requirements. The
FEE SHEET (that should be completed and returned with your student
at registration with payment) is included. Additional registration
information is located in the Back To School section.
New Student Orientation, September 6, 1:00pm
Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors who are new to Churchill
High School will have a special orientation from 1:00-2:30pm on
September 6th in the Churchill Library. At this time, new students
will meet with staff to obtain information that will help them
to be successful at Churchill High School.
Freshman Orientation/Registration, September 7,
8:20-11:30am
All Freshmen will report to school at 8:10am on
Thursday, September 7th for orientation and registration. Students
will have an opportunity to meet their teachers and advisors and
attend their classes. Bus transportation will be provided and
lunch will be available in the cafeteria. During this time, students
will pay all fees and fines and complete the necessary requirements
for registration. Included in this newsletter are the costs and
requirements. Schedules will be available at the Ice Cream Social
on August 31st.
First Day of Classes, September 8
Classes will begin for all regular CHS students
at 8:10am on Friday, September 8th. IHS starts at 7:45am. This
is a White day where all classes 1-8 will meet. Blue/Omega day
classes 5-8 will meet on Monday, September 11th, and Red/Alpha
day classes will meet the next day. The school cafeteria will
begin serving lunch on Friday, September 8th.
Freshman Parent/Student Orientation and Ice Cream
Social
August 31, 7:00pm, Churchill Auditorium
This special evening is for parents and students
to receive class schedules, additional information about our Freshman
program, how to get along at high school, and staff members will
be present to answer questions. In addition, there will be an
ice cream social for everyone to get to know each other.
