Find a Good Book! List of New Fiction and Non-Fiction Books
The Churchill Library has many new books available to our staff

to access lists of the new books!
Library Wish List
 Churchill’s
librarians encourage family members of soon-to-be graduates to consider
purchasing a book in the name of your child as a way to honor your
graduating senior. A bookplate is then inscribed with an inscription
of your choice and becomes a part of the Lancer Library for future
generations to use. A wish list of books can be found on the Library
Homepage (see the above paragraph) and it is tax deductible! Contact
a Julie or Sam

University of Oregon Libraries
Last month we mentioned that students (and all residents of Oregon
over 16 years of age) can check out books from the University of
Oregon Knight Library. Just a quick note to say that this privilege
extends to ALL the university libraries, which include the Science,
Architecture & Allied Arts, and Law Libraries!
Use VIA to check on your library and textbook record
Students may check which library and textbooks they currently have
checked out (as well as due dates) by using the “My Library
Account” link from the VIA main page. Get there from the library
homepage, http://schools.4j.lane.edu/churchill/library/ then use
your name and student number to access your records. Now is a good
time for seniors to check on what textbooks they still have out.
Eugene Public Library Tutoring Help
The Eugene Public Library is now offering “Live Homework
Help” online. They have tutors available online to help with
homework for grades 4-12 and College Intro for Math, Science, English
and Social Studies from 3-10pm every day in English, and Sunday-Thursday,
3-7pm in Spanish. Go to www.eugene-or.gov/library to access this
valuable service!
