Sports Physical Exams

Remember that a physical exam is required every two years in high school. If you plan to play a fall sport, it is not too early to call, since it may take several months to actually get an appointment. The Health Center is able to provide physicals. Contact them at 687.3233 for more information.

Fall Sports Registration

Registration for all Fall sports (Boys & Girls Soccer, Volleyball, Football, Cross-Country) takes place prior to the start of daily doubles August 20th.

There is a mandatory preseason parent meeting at 7:00pm, August 14th in the Auditorium. For your student-athlete to participate in any of the above sports, all paperwork and fees MUST be paid between August 8-17th.

Athletic Injury Equipment Return

Churchill’s athletic trainer asks that if you are the parent of a present (or past) Lancer athlete, could you check closets and under beds for any crutches, ankle braces, or other injury equipment that may have lost its way back home to Churchill. You can bring it to him in the gym or drop it off in the main office and it will make it back to him. You can also donate any old crutches that are taking up space.
