Community Service
All Churchill students are required to complete community service
hours in order to graduate. For regular CHS students, the requirement
is 60 hours. International High School requirements differ. The
Career Center advisors will visit Freshman classrooms each Spring
to explain specifics of the requirement. Copies of hour logs, agreement
forms, and other related paperwork are all available in the Career
Center, as is a record of current hours on file for all students.
Students who are looking for an organization to volunteer with should
visit the Career Center, as we can help match you with a group in
need through our Community Service bulletin board, which lists local
groups who have requested help from CHS students.
Beyond the minimum 60 hour Freshman/Sophomore requirement, additional
opportunities do exist.
