SCHOOL-TO-CAREER EXPERIENCES
School-To-Career experiences are designed to broaden a student's
understanding of the work world, as well as providing them with
a variety of experiences that are intended to help them explore
and understand their career interests. Work based experiences also
provide hands-on learning and workplace skill building.
Internships, practicums, student enterprises and job shadows have
become a part of the CAM requirements and experiences. However,
we offer the opportunity to any student, who is properly prepared,
to be involved in work based experiences. See the School-To-Career
Specialist for more information.
We encourage students to check into the CAMs offered at Churchill
since this is a great way to achieve work based experiences and
skills, as well as academic experiences and skills.
Please see Special Course Offerings for the following credit courses:
Elementary/Middle School Assistant and Work Experience.
