Clubs

Today: FSU meets in the auditorium at lunch; WISE meets at lunch in the STEM conference room; Dungeons and Dragons club meets from 4:00-5:00 in J27.

Poetry and Spoken Word Club

Attention poets! The brand new Poetry & Spoken Word Club is starting up!

For all of you who write poetry or want to support open mic’ at CHS – come to F36 at lunch on Tuesdays starting this upcoming Tuesday. This is a space to work on your writing, join with others in expressing real stuff, and have fun in a supportive community. Talk to Ms. Zeigler or Mr. Casey if you have questions.

Senior Photos

Seniors! Your yearbook photos are due next Friday, the last day before winter break. Turn them in online at hjeshare.com, school code: churchill7135 or email them to bennett_ja@4j.lane.edu.

CHS Holiday Cheer Drive

Churchill Holiday Cheer Drive has begun and there are lots of ways you can participate to help our CHS families this holiday season.  Listen to the following to see how you can help!

• Student vs Staff basketball game is on! Come cheer on your favorite team this Saturday at 7pm in the Lancer Dome.
• Food Drive happening now! Please bring donations to your first-period teacher. The top 3 classes with the most donations will earn a class prize!
• Bring in your empty can and bottle donations to J9.

Sports

Today: JV and Varsity Girls Basketball vs. Ridgeview at Ridgeview at 5:00 and 6:30, excused at 12:30; Swimming vs. North Eugene at River Road Pool at 4:15, excused at 2:00.

Tomorrow: Wrestling Central Linn Tournament at Central Linn at 10:00.
