AP Comp:

If you have signed up for AP Composition with Mrs. Grube for next year – Please stop by room G-10 to pick up your summer reading list in the next few days.


Please sign up for walking partners ASAP in the front office, 10:00am to 1:00pm.

Ukulele Club:

The final Ukulele club meeting is tomorrow at lunch in the Band room. Bring your Uke!!

Career Center:

Awards ceremony is tonight at 6:30pm in the Auditorium. Come celebrate your accomplishments!

Sophomores and Juniors this is your last week to finish up your projects. Please don’t wait to get these done.

Students: Do you need last minute community service? Consider volunteering at McCornack Elementary’s carnival Thursday, June 6th. Sign up in the Career Center.

Seniors who have completed all of their graduation requirements please come and pick up your folder in the Career Center. Also, those receiving an honors diploma, please come and pick up your cord to wear at graduation.

Textbooks are due before you leave school. A fine of $5.00 for each textbook will be charged if not returned on time
LCC Placement Tests:

Last chance to take at CHS! LCC placement tests reading and writing 8:00am tomorrow, and math at 3:00pm (after school). Sign up in the Career Center.


Remember to order your final transcripts! See Meredith in the Registrar’s office.

2 great scholarships for seniors going to OSU. 1: for minority, women or 1st generation college students declaring Renewable Materials Major maybe awarded $6,500 each year for 4 years.
2: Balanced Man Scholarship. Several awards ($500 and $1,000). Come to the Career Center for more information.


All students and staff are invited to celebrate this year’s graduating seniors at Baccalaureate. Baccalaureate will be held at Willamette Christian Center tomorrow night at 7:00pm. There is no cost to attend. Baccalaureate is an inspirational celebration, and will be led by several students of the 2013 graduating class. There will be refreshments and a time for congratulating friends and students afterwards.
