Please do not empty your soup, Ramen noodle or any other food leftovers into the drinking fountains. Just throw them in the garbage.

GSA:

Gender and Sexuality Alliance meets at lunch today in room F49 for a social meeting. Come join us.

Girls Lacrosse:

Girls Lacrosse is selling Krispy Kreme donuts out front after school! $1.00 for 1 or $12.00 a dozen.

College and Career Center:

Seniors, it’s almost time to fill out your financial aid application to apply for federal and state money for college. Some scholarships need the applilcation tool. You can send the application in starting January 1st. That’s coming soon. Be prepared. See the Churchill High School website or talk to your counselor for more information.

Leadership:

Leadership is selling candy canes all week long, by the planters. They are a dollar and have a happy holiday tag on them. This is a fundraiser for a winter dance. Do not eat in classrooms unless you ask your teacher.
If you are interested in learning more about the Young Men’s group lead by Tibor and Kemy Joseph, please come to room J9 tomorrow at 3:45pm. There will be food and games.

IHS:

Penny Wars 2015 is up and running! All proceeds go to youth education through the microloan organization, KIVA. The cart is available any time in the IHS office if you miss the in-class donation opportunities. This year the fundraiser runs through Friday, so makesure to show your support for IHS and help your class win. Come see our annual Jingle Jamberee tomorrow night at 7:00pm in the auditorium. It’s a free show with performances by Churchill’s Symphonic Band, Jazz Band, Concert Choir, The Downing Street Singers, The McCornack Choir and the Twin Oaks Choir. Come enjoy some delicious desserts with great music.

Library:

The library kindly askes you to remember our rules: Please do not bring food into the library. Also, please do not talk on your cell phone in the library. Thank you for creating a great environment for study in our library.

College and Career Center:

An admissions representative from Grand Canyon University will be here today, at lunch in the College and Career Center. Grand Canyon University is a private, Christian university located in Phoenix, Arizona. Grab some lunch and join us. All students are invited to attend.
