Oregon Battle of the Books

School Grounds

School Grounds is Churchill’s coffee shop!  We are located by the student lounge in the old student store.  We can make lattes, mochas, americanos, cappuccinos, chai tea, hot tea and hot chocolate.  Prices range from $1.00 to $2.00.  Come by and check us out during second period. If you want to join coffee cart NEXT trimester, we will be open 1st and 2nd period, ask your counselor how to apply.


If you are interested in helping decide the Senior class song, meet by the auditorium tomorrow at lunch.

Lane Community College Placement Testing

Seniors, if you are planning on attending LCC next fall, now is the time to take the placement tests in reading, sentence skills, and math. The next test is Monday, November 20th, at 3:45 in STEM 118. Bring your L number and a photo ID. If you don’t have an L number, please see Mary Beth in the STEM building.

Attention Juniors and Seniors

The Eugene-Springfield Trades Academy is now accepting applications for the 2018 Trades Academy that will run for eight weeks from February through March. Please see Mary Beth in the School to Career office in the STEM building for an application and more details on how you can use this opportunity to earn high school credit and complete the LEAP graduation requirement.

College Visit

An admissions representative from Reed College will be here today at lunch in F39.


November 13-16th is College Application Week. Admissions Representatives from colleges and universities will be on campus to help you fill out all types of admissions applications. Drop in anytime between 4-6pm Monday, Wednesday or Thursday for hands on help in Rm F36. We will also have a scholarship application workshop on Tuesday at 3:45 in F36.  This is the time to get the help you need and ask questions.
