Student-Parent-Teacher Conferences 2023

Student-Parent-Teacher Conferences are on November 20 and 21.

To prepare for conferences, please check your student’s grades and attendance record in ParentVUE or Canvas. 

Childcare Room Available

Parents can drop off school-aged children in our childcare room during their conference times.

Conference Requests

Please be aware that we may not be able to fulfill all requests. Teachers will also send emails or make phone calls to update you on your child’s progress. Not all students and families will need to schedule a conference time. 

Individual Conferences (10-minute timeslots, one teacher at a time)

Monday, November 20

  • 12:00 – 1:00 PM
  • 6:00 – 8:00 PM

Tuesday, November 21

  • 8:00 – 10:00 AM
  • 2:00 – 3:30 PM
  • 6:00 – 8:00 PM

Individual Conference Signup

Please sign up for one 10-minute timeslot per teacher and only sign up for one teacher at a time.

Instructions: Find your teacher on the list and click the link by their name to sign up.

504, IEP, and Group Conferences

Group conference requests are closed. Please schedule individual conference times with your student’s teachers HERE.
