Thursday = Testing day for all 10th graders (Pre-ACT), and a handful of 11th graders who want to take the PSAT, will be occurring this Thursday, Oct. 12th from 8:30 am – 12:30 pm. These tests are free for all students who want to test. Students who will be testing need to bring a student ID, a calculator, and a #2 pencil. All cell phones and backpacks need to stay at home or locked up while taking the test. If you have questions, please connect with the appropriate counselor below – 10th graders/Pre-ACT = Joy DeMoss, 11th graders/PSAT = Laura Martin.

**Note: For 11th graders – Unfortunately, it is too late to sign up for the PSAT. The test is online this year and takes up to 3 days for College Board to register a student to take the test. Many 11th graders took the test last year as 10th graders, and scores were sent to student emails. If you are unsure of your student’s score, please email Laura Martin, and she can help.

Thursday = Open House is also happening this week on Thursday, Oct. 12th from 5:30 pm – 7 pm. From 5:30 pm – 6 pm we will have a hot dogs and salad dinner for the first 300 people, and then from 6 pm – 7 pm, please join us in the Gym to meet with and ask questions of teachers, counselors, College and Career staff, Administration and others staff. This is a night to discuss your student’s schedule, find out how to get involved, and also see some of the exciting things that are happening in our classrooms here at Churchill High School. All are welcome!

Friday, 10/13 – No School for students, Teacher’s PD and Prep
