Churchill 2023 Graduates and Families,

This is your final reminder that Friday, June 30, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm is the diploma pickup day at CHS. July 3 is the last day to claim your diploma at the school office. Any remaining diplomas will be mailed to the address provided on the Grad Survey.

Remember, you must return all 4J property to receive your high school diploma. Bring your overdue library books, textbooks, and school laptop (with the charger and sleeve!). While you are here, you can pick up your completed LEAP packet and donate your used cap and gown for a future Lancer grad to use.

Request Transcripts

You now must call the registrar to request an official transcript. Response times may be delayed due to summer work schedules. Naviance will not be monitored over the summer. Any transcript requests submitted in Naviance will not be fulfilled.
