Graduation Information Night: Thursday, April 18, 6:00 p.m.

Parents and graduating students are invited to attend the Graduation Information Night on Thursday, April 18th at 6:00 p.m. This event is designed to help you prepare for the graduation ceremony and provide you with information about upcoming events for the Class of 2024. 

We strongly recommend attending the information night to get all the necessary details and ask any questions you may have. In case any parents are unable to attend the meeting, materials from the meeting will be emailed and posted on the Churchill website the following day.

Graduation Auditions

All graduating students are invited to audition to share a speech, song, dance, poem, or any performance that will make this event more special for the Class of 2024. Graduation auditions will be held on April 23 and 25. If you are interested, please sign up on the sheet posted in Jill's office window in the front office. Don't miss this opportunity to showcase your talent and make this day unforgettable for your classmates!
 

Cap and Gown Pickup Day: May 30

Cap and gown distribution is scheduled for May 30, during the Spring Social. Remember, the complete graduation uniform includes a BLUE gown and cap, a tassel, and a white Churchill stole.

To order your graduation uniform, or any part of the complete uniform, visit minersgrad.com or call Miners Graduate Services at 541-689-4588.

To borrow a complete graduation uniform from the school, email Jill Reents at reents_ji@4j.lane.edu. Include the graduate's name and height.

 

Grad Party 2024

The Graduation Party is community-sponsored. Liability is the responsibility of the organizers.

You definitely don't want to miss the grad party! Get ready for a night full of fun, laughter, and exciting surprises! With door prizes and raffles for even more thrilling goodies, this party is not to be missed! 

Tickets are $35 with scholarships available.

Ticket Sales

Grad Party tickets can be registered and paid for at the parent information meeting on Thursday, April 18 as well as by dropping off registration and payment to the CHS front office or coming to one of the designated sales dates on campus (see the flyer below). 

Grad Party Fundraisers

Yard Signs, now through May 7

Our yard sign fundraiser starts today and will continue for 2 weeks until May 7. We kept these prices reasonable so all can benefit if they want a yard sign for their graduate. The price for the regular sign is $20 and $25 for the personalized sign with a photo and name. Order and purchase online through Varsity Signs at VARSITYGRAPHICS.NET/CHURCHILL or scan the QR code in the flyer below. Distribution of purchased signs will be on May 15 at noon at the Churchill Planters during our grad party ticket sale and Cap & Gown pickup on May 30. Parents can contact the grad party for details, questions, or to make other delivery arrangements at chs2024gradparty@gmail.com. 

Dizzy Dean's, April 25

We are having a Dizzy Dean's all-day Fundraiser on April 25. Bring a flyer and 50% of proceeds support the Grad Party. 

Papa's Pizza, May 23

Our last fundraiser will be a Papa's Pizza all-day Fundraiser on May 23 (bring in a flyer and 50% of proceeds support the Grad Party).
