Prom Chaperones Needed, May 4

Dear Churchill Parents,
We are excited to host our prom on Saturday, May 4th from 8:00 to 11:00 p.m. at the Ford Alumni Center on the University of Oregon campus. We would love to have parents help volunteer at this special event.  

Volunteers must complete the 4J Volunteer Application every 2 years. To become a volunteer, or if your volunteer application has expired, complete the volunteer application right away.

  2. Step 2: Sign up to chaperone at Prom! 

We are grateful for the commitment and generosity of our families and community members. Thank you for your help in making this event special for our students.
