Staff Holiday Party
- OUR STAFF HOLIDAY PARTY IS TODAY from 4-6pm! The party is
at Game Day
in the Gilbert Shopping Center on Highway 99 (next to Putter's
Mini-Golf). There will be hors d'oeuvres, a no-host bar, and
a fun,
light-hearted white elephant gift exchange ($5 max). See you
there!
Flexible Spending Plan
- All enrollment forms must be completed and turned
in to the 4J Risk
Management Office TODAY before 5:00pm.
Holiday Concerts
- Our outstanding musicians here at Churchill are performing
in holiday
concerts in December. Choir is performing this Thursday, December
16th
from 7:30-9pm in the Auditorium. If you are available, come hear
our
outstanding musicians.
Secret Santas
- It's in full swing! Don't forget to come to the party in the
staff room
at 3:10pm on Friday where you can find out who your Secret
Santa was,
and see who others had.
Intercom/Emergency Alarm System Issues
- It has come to our attention that we need to fix problems with
our
intercom and emergency alarm system volumes and connectivity,
but we
need your help! If you are in an area that when the morning
announcements are being read they are too loud, or on the other
hand
you cannot hear them, please email me ASAP. Also, if your area
does not
hear emergency alarms (fire, earthquake, etc.) please let me
know ASAP.
February Newsletter
- FYI... the deadline for articles for the February newsletter
is Monday,
January 10th. Also, if you have activities going on in your
classrooms,
Karla would appreciate it if you would let her know -- for
photo
opportunities for the newsletter.
Staff Information
- Just a reminder that if you have changed your phone number
or address,
or any other pertinent information the office should have for
contacting you, please let Karla know. Several times in the last
few
weeks we have had need to contact staff members and have been
unable
to because their phone number and/or address on file is not current.
This is very important as we need this information in case of
emergency.
Have a great winter break!

Principal |
