Leadership
- Spring Fest and Spirit Week (May 16- May 20)- week of prom

have a separate assembly from pepassembly
- leadership will look for a speaker for the assembly

(start and end on red day)

day an all day event
- start 1st day of second semester on a red day rather than blue

Announcements
- parking: concern that students are not getting ticketed for
parking illegally and without passes; many have fake parking tags;
idea to have different colored tags for each parking lot and each
grade level (but no parking for sophomores) or use stickers to
put on cars so
- can’t make fake tags; staff could park in any parking
lot; next year
- there will be construction that will interfere with parking
in the
- tennis lots; might try to allow parking in lots across from
Churchill;
- get a smaller group from leadership who would be interested
in finding solutionsneed to be more professional, take too much
time, especially on blue days
- teachers excusing students from another class: student should
approach teacher about missing class rather than the teacher
- LSU Assembly: wants on Tuesday May 31(blue day), recognize
special and famous people, latino dances, pinata, mariachi, latino
music,
- during 7th period; can try a staff email survey to see how
many
- classes would come if it was an invite assembly or a 40 minute
assembly
