Reviewed minutes of last meeting

Leadership:

Homecoming/FallFest next week Twister & Dating Game will be a couple of the activities. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday the band will be playing at lunch time. Keith is in charge of the games/activitiesClasses will be decorating the halls -- class competition
Homecoming tickets will be available in the main hall starting
Wednesday or Thursday -- $10 w/ASB card and $12 w/o
We will be on a :40 minute pep assembly schedule for next Friday, October 29th

Skateboarding on Campus - Discussed ways to deter skateboarders from wanting to skate here,
and an internet site where they sell anti-skateboarding stuff. We are checking into this further and this will, no doubt, be an ongoing Operations agenda item.
Supply Closet -Reminder that it is open (staffed by a student aid) from 7:45-8:20am.
Transparencies
Discussed usage: We are using alot of these (500-1300/week = $100-250/week) and that maybe we should look into different types of overhead means or ???

Staff Meetings
How we are running over on allotted times for presentations during staff meetings, what should and shouldn't be included in a staff meeting, and how to get items on the staff meeting agendas was discussed.
We are doing away with the paper copy by the mailboxes for requesting items on the agenda, and moving to emailing either Don or Dennis with your requests for staff meeting agenda items.
We need to stick to the times allotted for agenda items.
Staff Meeting agendas will continue to be created at the Operations Group meeting preceding a Staff Meeting and Don will email the agendas to staff.

Parking, Bus Zone, Traffic Flow and Crosswalks - This was discussed and Dennis is checking into how we can be moving forward with this.
