Leadership
- Homecoming Week activities are
progressing; classes are
decorating hallways; chaperones are still being drafted for the
dance.
- Cheer may want to sponsor a dance on November 19th. There
will be no dances in December.
- Powder Puff football scheduled against Nort on December 3.
Leadership will take charge of organizing our team and coaches.
- Cindy Sainz mentioned that Leadership may want to limit the"
fests" to two seasons (ie. fall and spring);
- Students have requested to sell Brook Wilberger bracelts for
- $1 each at lunch. Proceeds will go toward the fund to help locate
Brook
Old Business
- Bloodmobile is coming soon. Cindy Sainz will confirm the
date.
Open
- the Library is missing chairs and looking for a way
to
purchase new ones; Dennis will have a conversation with Julie
and/or
Sam;
- - Theresa wonders if there is a way to store and access parent
e-mails on eSis?

- Today our math department is hosting a "All in One for
Math" event after school. K-12 teachers
from around the district will be
here to exchange ideas on the topic of "homework."
- Audrey
reminded us that the state has cancelled the Math
Problem-Solving assessment for this year. Perhaps it will
be back by
2008.
- Audrey has math students available to tutor during 8th
period. She will connect those students with Cindy Sainz
for
training. Some 27 seniors who are Freshmen Advisors have
also
volunteered to provide tutoring to freshmen.
