LSU requested a dance on January 14th. There
is Girls Basketball at
home that evening, as well as a drama performance. LSU
is requesting
allowing Springfield HS students attend. Springfield LSU
students will
be invited on a 1-1 basis by our LSU.
-
Human Rights Day - we need to find a date for this. This
will be
determined next meeting.

etc.
Also hoping to do a hand mural after school.
Old Business
-
ntra Murals will have sign -ups December 6. It will start
with
basketball, but is not open to current CHS players.
-
We are still in need of a white day committee.
New Business/ OPEN
-
FIELD TRIPS - REMINDER, THEY MUST GO THROUGH OPERATIONS, THIS
INSURES
THAT PEOPLE ARE EXCUSED PROPERLY. ALSO REMEMBER IF YOU ARE
TAKING
STUDENTS OFF CAMPUS YOU NEED TO LET THE OFFICE KNOW.
-
There was a concern about computer games, supervision, and
food in the
computer labs.
-
We are working with Deb Vobora to coordinate
some volunteers to help
with supervision which will also help with the food issue and
game
monitoring.Games are currently allowed before
school, after school, and
at lunch in the "old" lab.
-
Facility use during this time of year is crazy. Cheerleading
is
concerned about a proper place and equipment to practice. This
will be
brought to the Booster Club to look into some possible solutions
for
adding on to our facility.
Thanks,
Theresa Hilkey
