Minutes;

Approved 11/29 minutes

Leadership;

• tonight is 1st home boy's basketball game. Leadership will be giving away prizes (ie. Gum) via a drawing. The "fear the dome" student section will make it's debut tonight. Varsity boys want to warm-up in the shirts as well.
• December 16th from 4 to 7, Leadership is presenting Santa Claus for local children. Relief Nursury, elementary schools and our CDC will bring children to the cafeteria.
• Lynne mentioned that for Mr. Lancer teacher recommendations, perhaps a form would be easier for teachers.

Old Business;

December 16th, we will probably be on a special assembly schedule.

New Business;

• Tom Horn brought a mock-up model for a mural proposal for the area outside of the art room. The group approved the plan, but we would like to see some options regarding the form of writing.
• Cindy brought up the timeline for schedule preparation. In the past, we have had several nights for incoming parents. We are proposing to send a letter instead of the joint I.H.S./Churchill night, keep the separate Jefferson / Kennedy nights, and have a general curriculum night on the evening of March 22 during the general curriculum night. Curriculum guides would be available that evening.
• Kelly said Lane County is doing an emergency simulation with her CAM students; These students will be out on this field trip during periods notice; this will be a great experience for students.
