Leadership:

• Leadership aided in the presentation of gifts to kids in the CDC (Child Development Center).
• Prom will be May 13 at the UO Art Museum.
• The Pictures-with-Santa project will be improved for next year.

Announcements:

• Update: COSA wants five staff members from each high school for a workshop on Breaking Ranks. Laurie Moses is the point person.

Business:

• Concerning the SIP (School Improvement Plan): All feedback from the last staff meeting was thoughtfully discussed, and adjustments were made to the SIP. We would like to finish the Vision piece of the SIP this year.
