2026 Registration:

Please ensure that all players are registered by the beginning of fall practice on August 17^th! Register on FinalForms to complete the registration process. 

• Physicals are required prior to starting camp on August 17^th.  You may upload physicals (page 1 and page 2) yourself, or bring a copy and give to the Athletic Trainer. No exceptions!
• Payment is due prior to the first competition.
